Terms of Service

1. Who can use Meetly

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. By using the Service you confirm that you are. You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you, or if the law where you live prohibits it.

2. What the Service does

Meetly pairs you at random with another user for a one-on-one text or video conversation. We may use information such as your approximate region and language to choose who you are paired with. We do not verify the identity, age or intentions of any user, and we do not control what other users say or show.

3. Your conduct

You are responsible for everything you say, show and share on the Service. You agree not to:

• break our Community Guidelines or any applicable law;
• show nudity or sexual content, or involve or sexualize anyone under 18 in any way;
• harass, threaten, bully, stalk or discriminate against anyone;
• record, screenshot or share another user's image, voice or messages without their clear consent;
• advertise, spam, scam, phish or ask users for money or personal information;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your age;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools, scrape the Service, or interfere with or overload our systems or TURN relay servers;
• try to get around a ban, restriction or other safety measure.

4. Other users and your safety

You talk to strangers at your own risk. Other users may be offensive, misleading or unlawful, and we cannot prevent all of it. Do not share personal information. You can end any conversation at any time with the Stop button followed by Really?, or by pressing Esc twice. Report users who break the rules. Video may connect directly between devices, exposing your IP address to your partner. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and technical signals, and we may warn, restrict, disconnect, suspend or permanently ban any user, with or without notice, if we believe they have broken these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that doing so protects users or the Service. The Report button submits the paired browser IDs, not a recording or transcript. Accepted reports influence matching and prevent the same pair of IDs from matching while that server state remains available. Reporting does not guarantee human review or a permanent identity ban. 6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You give us a limited licence to transmit it to the user you are talking to, which is all we need to run the Service. The application does not record audio or video or maintain a server-side text chat history. Text is transmitted through the signaling server and remains visible in your current browser chat. Other users may copy or record conversations.

7. Our Service

OmegleTV LLC operates the Service. Your access does not grant a licence to reuse site materials beyond what applicable law or a relevant licence permits. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OmegleTV LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify OmegleTV LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time for the reasons in section 5. Sections 6 to 12 continue to apply after your use ends.

12. Disputes and statutory rights

Contact [email protected] with a description of any dispute so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
